When you say "my mail server" do you mean a mail server that you (or your company) control?

Does your AS/400 traffic go through the same router as your email? (In other words, it's also on the Comcast line that you are using?) I wouldn't allow my email server to get mail from your IP address either. You probably just need to set the mail router parameter to a valid mail server that will relay for you.
