Anyone ever seen this problem?

Hello, all:

I am working with a client who is at V5R2, with the latest? CUMe PTFs
installed,
and now, when they try to create or delete user profiles (e.g. CRTUSRPRF),
they
always get:

    CPF2225 Not able to allocate internal system object

and it times out.

Of course, the message does not say what internal system object it is trying
to allocate.

Any ideas?

Bad PTF, perhaps?

Any help would be appreciated!
