Hi Wes, To an impact printer, the difference between 10 CPI and 16.7 CPI is whether condensed printing is disabled or enabled. If the OS/400 Host Print Transform print driver selected in your output queue or device description configuration and the emulation selected through the front panel of the printer don't match, you can have this type of problem occur. Is the 4227 running in IBM PPDS, IBM Proprinter, or Epson Fx emulation?
