Dear Michael, I once experienced this type of problem when using a cutsheet laser printer. My customer was specifying 270 degree rotation because they were punching holes in the paper. When they specified 90 degree rotation everything was ok. When they specified 270 degree rotation, the left margin was not correct. In looking at the incoming IPDS data stream, we were expecting to find the paper size to be Letter (8.5 by 11 inches). For some reason, the operating system had interpreted the application specifications as requiring a page size of 8.5 by 10.67 inches. The printer knew it had Letter size paper in it. When this "non-standard sized page" was rotated 270 degrees there was a 0.33 inch gap between the physical edge of the media and the beginning of the logical page described by the application. The attempt by the printer to manage the "gap" caused left margin difficulties. The problem was resolved by updating the application to request an 8.5 by 11 inch page. You might want to verify at the AFCCU that the incoming separator page is formatted for the paper size you are expecting.
