We did find a user who had a nice flat panel display appear on their desk. 
 Perhaps the same thing happened to you?

Our rack mount HMC is just a 1U device.  It didn't come with anything else 

unless it is some secret panel to unlock it?    Would sure make things 
nice if it were included, and we thought it was when we ordered it.
