Mike, I think your scheme might be a real PITA, but might work for the short term. However, if your company has the Enterprise server for Blackberry, then you'd have browser access to your network. Accessing a document archive server (such as Laservault) from the browser might be a more robust option. Security is built into the web interface... FWIW, the whole topic of electronic delivery of reports opens a real can-o-worms. Consider how easy it might be for a report to get "shared" with a supplier or even a competitor......
