Ok the following:

ENDTCPSVR *NETSERV
ENDHOSTSVR *DATABASE
ENDSBS QSERVER
STRSBS QSERVER
STRTCPSVR *NETSERV
STRHOSTSVR *DATABASE

And its doing the same as it did before.  Only 3 servers are shown, the
iSeries Netserver, the IxS and the one I did the mkdir for.

Looks like it's time to call IBM.
