Object Type Library WRKMBRPDM *CMD QSYS Traditional way to 'HOSE' up your migration is to get a new machine from IBM with just the base OS installed. Then someone 'burns a number' and tries just restoring the missing libraries, (and if they feel inclined, the IFS directories, etc). The right way is to bring the old machine up to V5R3 and following Appendix D of the Backup and Recovery Guide. Invariably some 'consultant' will try to convince people they can save time by NOT doing the full unload/reload. Then they spend a few weeks trying to fix missing commands, authority issues, etc. I see this all the time. People get REALLY DEFENSIVE on how great this has worked for them in the past, etc... This ain't your father's iSeries.
