Exactly.  The point is not to cripple native I/O so that it does the
same things SQL does.  The idea is to program a given scenario as well
as you can in both and let the chips fall where they may.  The same will
be true for RPG vs. Java or CGI vs. servlets.  This isn't a horse race:
we don't weight the jockeys for fairness.  This is drag racing, and the
fastest car wins.
