Unencrypt an FTP'd file -- MIDRANGE-L

Can anyone help me figure out how to 'Unencryptâ data FTPâd to us. We have 
received an 850 in a directory on the IFS. I can get it into our Inbound Queue 
with GIFSGATE, but it needs to be unencrypted. We created a Digital Certificate 
for the customer in DCM on the as/400.
We gave customer the digital certificate. They ftpâd us data. 
We have a 4758 processor and also:
Liscensed program:
Ibm 5722ac3 v5r2m0 128 bit
How can I decrypt it?
