I have a client that is running Surpass and needs to place it due to an up 
coming HW upgrade that will change the serial number of the system. 
TangentGroup is long gone from what I can tell. They let users use it to 
import Spoolfiles (or portions thereof) into Excel. I've seen references 
to both Monarch and LaserArc, I can't find a good url for LaserArc. 

Any other suggestions for a very user friendly solution for this function?
