FWIW CPYSPLF cannot copy all spool files.
Recently I did a PRTSYSINF and then saved the spool files to
a DB file. (I also did a RTVSYSINF)
I then copied all the PRTSYSINF spool files to a DB file.
One of the files did not copy, got an attributes not
supported, I think.
