Posting this for a customer, 

"The IBM 6400 keeps printing garbage info before each printjob (looks
like Protocol signaling) --> -12345X@PJL @PJL USTATUSOFF @PJL USTATUS
DEVICE = ON

We have the 5755e I-O Print Server and I have tried a few combinations
of the emulation/driver combo's but have not been able to keep the
garbage from spewing each time."

Anyone know what could be wrong?   TIA
