I don't know what a 6400 is, but the first sequence is a PCL reset. The rest
is PJL. Either you are generating PCL/PJL output to a non-PCL/PJL printer or
your printer is not set up to interpret PCL/PJL. Typically, PCL/PJL is used
by HP LaserJet and compatible printers. HTH,
