RE: AUTO-REPLY

The job may have been submitted with INQMSGRPY(*DFT). Also, the default for
the message may have been changed to 'C' (it is *NONE here).

(from SBMJOB command help:)
 *DFT                                                  
     The default message reply is used to answer any   
     inquiry messages issued when this command is run.
