I managed to get in about 5 mins ago, by select search for fixes, instead
of
individual fixes.

Strange huh.

Yeh, Ive had no response on that either, and I emailed them hours ago.

Presumably no-one is monitoring those email addresses, which is pretty poor
for IBM.

I posted that my browser locks up over a week ago, I got no responses on

Actually, the browser still responds, it just doesn't do anything after I
put in my system name and click "next"
