Not that I'm begging for more work, but I just walked my coffee back to 
the help desk to see if they've had anyone experiencing this issue; and 
they haven't.

I've witnessed this problem in every version of CA since the first Win32
client. I just saw it again a few days ago on an XP machine running V5R2 
CA
with the latest service pack.
