I seem to remember this problem too, at my last job and there WAS a way around it but I cannot remember it... Seemed to be something with hitting reset (the clear the buffer key) repeatedly along with something else... We are using the Synapse IP Client here and have no problems with this... It has happened for YEARS, different PC's, different versions of CA, differend OS's... I don't believe it is just something with break messages, because they happen all the time, but it is something when the user toggles away from the CA session, and then back.
