Subject: Validation lists on V5R2

Dear all

One of my customers is having big problems with validation list objects
getting corrupted (even when just read, not updated) on V5R2.

The validation lists are accessed by my customer's application using the
relevant IBM-supplied Qsy... APIs, e.g. QsyAddValidationLstEntry. They
have been using the same code with absolutely no problems from V4R3 right
through to V5R1. Our local IBM Supportline have asked Rochester whether or
not the validation list APIs have been changed on V5R2, but have as yet
not received an answer.

So - is anyone else using validation lists on V5R2, and, if so, have you
encountered any problems since you upgraded to V5R2? Any info gratefully
received.

Many thanks
Mandy
