To name an object in the library-object file system, you must include the leading '/' if your current directory is not 'root'. Usually it's best to use absolute path naming for QSYS stuff. You could DSPCURDIR to see where your relative path names start from. Without the forward slash, you are using relative naming, and the current directory is prepended to whatever is specified, in this case, in TOMBR.

Keep a drip pan handy!
