UPS

I have to buy a new UPS for our Model 820.  Our lease is up in the summer.  I 
suspect we will move to an 800 or 810 at that point.  I am looking for 
recommendations for a UPS that will work with our hardware in the future as 
well as today.  We are a non profit and hence ... have no money!  Suggestions?
