You can do a DSPSFWRSC and then see what licensed product that this library belongs to. I think you will find that you have Temporary PTFs applied for this product. If this is the case, you should *PERM apply the PTFs for this product with APYPTF, and then at the next IPL, it will remove the *SAVF after it has applied the PTF.
