The way the question was originally posed, I surmised that Mr. Wright
wanted to be able to force screen output from IBM commands (i.e., DSPSPLF)
to be displayed 24x80 when in a session configured for 27x132.  Of course,
we can control whether to display 24x80 or 27x132 in applications we
develop, and give users working in a 27x132-configured session the ability
to toggle between the two modes.
