Try the little notice at the bottom of the bill that said "You requested the Orlando Sentinel to be delivered each day at .50 a pop, and 1.50 on Sunday." These were supposed to be included. I got a final folio when I checked out that shows a 4.00 credit for the papers and 11.20 credit per night for the resort fee. You shoulda seen the look on the clerk's face when I told him that I had used none of the "services", and he had the choice of removing the charges or letting American Express do it. I gave him my mildly PO'ed face, and he fixed the bill in about 10 seconds. Wonder how long it would have taken with my really PO'ed face? :-)) Paul Nelson Arbor Solutions, Inc. 708-670-6978 Cell pnelson@xxxxxxxxxx "Always do right. That was a healthy Jump in winds over night. ( If there was a CAT 6 Might Isabel fall at that level of devastation?) Which conference is that in the 21st? Orlando is going to be renamed Techno-World Conference Haven before the Fall is over. Florida is Tech Conference King for 2003 and beyond. As for the GAYLORD PALMs - It was very pretty, nice conference facility and services but true colors showed at check out. with many charges for services not received ( Valet parking 7 days - no car) full billing for in room Internet services- that rarely worked, some very rag like face cloths/towels - that We would not have even been using to wash the car. Know what no one cared when I brought this Internet billing for lack of services up. Maybe their GM will when I send the comment card back with the well worn face cloth. Tell you I never expected that, as the week went along nicely for the most part and with conference web access it was almost a none issue, until I got the we do not care attitude. That closed the books for me on the future of Gaylord Palms or Gaylord facilities.
