Are you running CA V3R2 over TCP/IP or via (tremble, tremble) the NS Router?

If over TCP/IP then it is a no brainer to switch over.  They probably won't
even notice.

What feature of CA are they using at the desktop?

If just display and printer you can effect the changeover most simply.
Other packages like Synapse IP Client (www.synapse.com) are much less
invasive on the desktop and simpler to install, maintain and use.  You might
consider rolling out something else in this case.
