<tap, tap, tap> Testing 1,2,3... Been doing some testing. I moved some fields around in the source, and did a CHGPF on it. Several variations resulted in the same error, but others I could not replicate the error. The current one is that I swapped the position of two alpha fields. The one giving us the problem was sandwiched between two numeric packed fields; I swapped this field with the alpha field at the end of the record. Didn't change the data; no more problem. I entered leading apostrophes into the field that *was* at the end of the record but is now sandwiched between two numeric packed fields and, again, NO problems. ?!?!?!?!?!? Surely someone out there must have experienced this problem. Well, maybe not, searching APARs turned up nothing. We have not experienced this problem in the old v3r2 version of CA. > > > > - Dan __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? The New Yahoo! Search - Faster. Easier.
