This says to select records where the field CUSTNO is equal to the literal
&CCUSNO (they're all inside the quotes.)

You probably want to select records where the field CUSTNO is equal to the
value of the CL variable &CCUSNO.  Be advised that you can't use *CAT to
append a numeric value, so you may need an intermediate character variable,
say &CCUSNOChar.
