Thanks for the response Patrick.  I guess at this point I am looking for the
cost to put into a proposal and after that I'd like to see what it is like
so I can write some code around it.  I know 3.7 is old, but it is the box I
want to run it on.  At this point I am not even sure the client wants to
head down this route.  I am just trying to stay ahead of him.

MQSeries (Now WebSphere MQ) never shipped on the AS/400 CDs. You have to
order it from IBM separately. You are in the PartnerWorld program, yes? If
so you can probably get it in Software Mall. If not you will need to get it
through normal IBM software channels. Getting a 3.7 version might be a bit
rough. Time for eBay?
