I've got an older box here running v3r7, with a lot of twinax terminals
attached.
We need to identify which are attached to what.

I remember seeing a print-out at one time that showed a large grid that
identified each
device and which port on which twinax block it was attached to, but don't
know what 
command/program generated it. 

Can someone fill me in?
