On this link
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/v5r1/ic2924/tstudio/tech_ref/tcp/journal/journaling2.htm
it says
"Mail Server Famework - All incoming mail addressed to local recipients is channelled through this framework. Optionally, all the mail can be channelled through the framework in V4R4 if CHGSMTPA's PRCALLMAIL attribute is set to *YES. The framework calls various exit programs which are registered by address type. The "snap-ins" (exit programs) are called based on the recipients address type."

Good luck with that, I am on V5R1 and it does not have a PRCALLMAIL it does have ALLMAILMSF . I would look at CommuniGate Pro (it runs on OS400 V4R4 and up) from Stalker
http://www.stalker.com/CommuniGatePro/

If you do find the exit programs be sure and post them to the list.

Well, I need to do _some_ relaying because our NT-based Domino server is
hiccuping way too much (especially since I installed the latest security
patches), and we rely on it for email for several sites. So... I relay all
SMTP that comes in to our Domino server out to the SMTP on the 400. It
works, but my ability to monitor the email is gone for the most part.

If I could just write an RPG program to verify the from/to addresses, that
would go along way towards keeping us off of the various block-lists.
