Hi,
I just see sap running on as400 and it was a 4 processors dedicated for
sap.
120 users and 2 of the 4 processors ''cranked'' (all leds with full
ligth, even the last on right) all the day
from 8 am to 6 pm.
They have their ''language'' (don't remember the name) who generated
a C++ code for as400.
Invocation stack is 2 pages on dspjob (maybe more than 20 calls)
With thousands of files.
Sap needs many, many, many, resources on as400.

Is anyone running SAP native on an iSeries? Did you compare the
server vs. native SAP on an iSeries? Is anyone running SAP at all?
Any information will be helpful. The plan is to run SAP on an INTEL
server and remove the iSeries. I'm not making the decision and I know
the best decision will be made...I just need information.
