re: CPYTOIMPF RCDDLM(*CRLF) DTAFMT(*FIXED) -> I tried that already (and
then again just now to verify) and the problem is that the file is NOT
fixed length.  CRLF is appended after the last non-blank character in
the file.  On top of that, the signed numeric value is
"leading-zero-suppressed" and left-justified!  Fixed-length indeed!  Is
there a PTF for this?  (V4R5)
