I would like to write a application to detect when duplicate jobs have been
submitted and move the duplicates lower in the JOBQ. I would define
duplicates as jobs with the same job name/userid/command string to be
executed (eg, CALL PGMX PARM('12345' 'SMITH')).

I have been unable to find an API that would retrieve the command to be
executed. (Would this be the RQSDTA?). QUSRJOBI comes close, but I don't
see the command info there.

Does anyone have any idea if this exists?
