True, as You said Reeve.  I believe the iSeries Division takes the
conservative position, because they don't like to announce stuff that isn't
going to work out pretty-much as planned...

(I don't know why.  MicroSoft, the W3C, and EVERYBODY else does it ALL the
time...;-)
