Thread-topic: Performance Issues after V4R5 to V5R1 upgrade

I have a client that after upgrading to 5.1 from 4.5 is having performance 
problems. We thought at first it was just 1 application but during month end 
things have come to a crawl.  I don't have specifics but one the client said 
one job when from sub 10min to over an hour.

On the first app the system is building a temp index were it didn't used to. 
They have the latest CUME, DB and Hyper applied. Anyone have that magic bullet 
that says..."in 5.1 they changed xxx and that's your problem" ?
