You can view and print a .PDF on any printer, it maybe that a font on the
overlay is not supported on the printer you are printing too.  Some of our
forms print differently on other printers but the logo is not the same, it's
distorted some.

I'm not understanding this. Using Adobe Reader I print PDF all day long
on non-postscript printers.
