Any idea how I can get access to that library?  I don't see it on the COMMON
website.

I wrote some code that was published in the COMMON Utility Library some
years ago that does what you want.  It needs to be customized.

Dave,

Last time I looked at this I decided that I had to just set up a monitor
for all disconnected jobs. Based on the device name and/or user name I had
the program decide what action to take.
