Yeah, that's ugly. RJS software's converter makes you find unique identifiers for each record 'type'. That's all any of these can do. Things like a decimal point in a certain position, with numbers in certain blocks, or blanks in certain places, all connected with ANDs and ORs. Not a lot of fun, but usually doable. Here you have an CITY field, a STATE field, a NAME field, etc., in the first 2 lines. That structure, which must repeat sowmshat, can be parsed into fields that you arrange as you will. It CAN be done, usually, if there's any repeatability at all. Monarch probably is similar. These products are pretty well thought out and powerful.
