Getting CA OLEDB to use *LIBL for SQL

Is there a way to tell the CA OLE/DB driver (V5R1 SP SI02795 -- the latest)
to use the library list to find unqualified files in a SQL statement. I've
tried setting 'Catalog Library List' in the connection string, but that
doesn't help. I usually use Hit Software's OLEDB driver and that uses the
LIBL without a problem.
