I got into this discussion too late to be real helpful. I was going to tell you that all of the other suggestions were wrong. I have W2K SP2 as well, I didn't have any problems printing to my CAE printer session until I went to W2K. There is something in W2K that doesn't like the CAE session. Interesting that I am printing to a non-laser device as well; that may be the key. Bill
