Wrong Time on Shared Folder -- MIDRANGE-L

We have all kinds of files on a Shared Folder on our AS400.  They all have the 
correct date but the time is off by a large amount (Several Hours).  The Date 
and Time on our 400 is correct.  Any clue as to why the time is wrong on the 
Shared Documents?
