We found 'drag and drop' on to the Desktop using OpsNav a lot more user
friendly.  They could then move the spoolfile where they wanted after
that.

Morning people..
                 One of our branches acquired a new pc reporting tool, and
they need to be able to import spool file data into it.
                 The program is called Monarch.
                 Best way to copy a spool entry into the IFS?
