Check out RJS Software's products (www.rjssoftware.com). They're easier to
use than Monarch.

and the products doesnt work on NT.  So we stopped using it.  We looked into
buying Monarch since it did essentially the same thing.  But instead we
purchased LaserArc which send all of our reports to a Server and people can
view, print and export their own reports.
