Are we talking the same thing? Needed to have a monthly support contract? You put in a series of PTFs of whatever kind (don't order C U M's this way ;—), BTW). I was able to order PTFs for any box this way. If there were coreqs/prereqs/supersedes, they were included on the shipped meida.
