If you have Taatools there are several command that you can use to see file information. With the newest version of Taatools for V4R5, there is a command DSPF2. Prompt this and enter a PF file name and a menu is displayed allowing you to view attributes about the OF file, all LF relations (from here you can see view the LF access paths(keys)), you can display the data in the file several ways.
