ODBC without CA

I don't have Client Access.

I need to be able to import files back and forth from PC to 400 and versa
vice.

In a previous thread about EXCEL, someone mentioned a web address to
download ODBC drivers...I think for this purpose.

What exactly do I need to do...from soup to nuts, PC to 400...anything
necessary to make this work.
