my system is sluggish and I don't why?

Wrksyssts shows no response time trouble or any users with excessive CPU%
utilization. The system lost power on Saturday but actually never went
down...power saved until power problem fixed. Could that have caused
trouble? The system total jobs is at 175 and sysval=1000. Disk utilization
is only 35%. Temp addresses at .051%...is that a problem?
Machine hasn't been brought down in a VERY LONG TIME. No wait to ineligible
or non data base faulting in double digits. Sysval for qprfadj WAS ='2'
yesterday but i changed it during the day. Does that keep running anyway
until IPL?

Help please?
