Perhaps you don't have it defined as a share?

Go into ops nav, connect to your AS/400, etc.  Then choose "file systems",
then "integrated file systems" then do a right-click on QDLS.  Choose
"sharing", and set it up appropriately.

If that doesn't help, check permissions, etc.
