Hi Mike, I had already checked the archives prior to posting the messages
and I picked up yours on a response to Bonnie Williams on march/2001. But
the threads did not specify the possible solution only that Bonnie was able
to delete the product. But I never found out if that resolved the situation
or not.

Anyways,  I will find out tonight once people are off the system if it
works.
