This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] As I stated in my first email, I am looking at BRMS/400 for Lotus Notes backups, so thanks for telling me not to use TSM on the 400 side. However, for a small(ish) NT farm, would TSM be 'overkill'? We are using a product called Arcserve and we're not enjoying the experience... You can backup other machines onto your 400. I would suggest to stay away from it in the 400 world. It works much better in the RS/6000 and PC enviroment, which we use for a large number of servers. We use native BRMS for all of our 400 backups, and really like it. But I would suggest takeing the class at Rochester before useing it. If you wan't more info on TSM or BRMS, l would be happy to help. In the course of looking at BRMS, I keep bumping in to a product called ADSTAR and one called ADSM. What are these products, and under what circumstances would I need them?
